It all began as an idea to source the best coastal varietal grapes from regions such as Paarl, Swartland and Durbanville Hill areas and then vinified into wines at the Perderberg Winery. “Man” is a no nonsense concept looking to capture the heart and passion of the region by sourcing grapes that are characteristic to South Africa such as Pinotage and Chenin Blanc.
